We have the perfect idea for weddings, gifts, and house decorating. Succulent Gardens are a perfect DIY project. For this project you can use fishbowls, old dishes, wooden boxes and any other container that you would like to re purpose. Visit our friend Janet, at Dovedale Greenhouses to pick perfect succulents for your garden.
You will need:
Gravel
Cactus Potting Soil
 Directions:
  1. Place a layer of gravel on the bottom of your container. Succulents do not like to have wet roots.
  2. Fill with cactus soil allow enough room to cover the roots after placing your succulent arrangements.
  3. Time to plant! We like to start with the larger succulents and place smaller plants around. When you are finished arranging cover roots with soil.
Taking care of your garden. You want your soil to be moist but make sure not to over water. Succulents need plenty of sunshine. Enjoy your garden!
